Refund Policy
The amount of the refund is subject to the following criteria:
| Refund Request | Ticket Fare |
| Allowed up to 1 hour before departure | RM5 Penalty |
| Within 1 hour before departure | Non-Refundable |
Note: The payment will be credited to the bank account within seven (7) working days.
